I had to walk to the bus terminal at 4 am but gratefully it was near the hotel. Bus terminals & Train stations seem to always have seedy people around and in them, I had a 7 am flight book on Norwegian but was operated by Small Planet. I checked in at the airport and changed my seat to an exit row. I was very, very pleases with the 3+ hour flight. I might have had economy but this had plenty of leg room and seat comfort. They hire very pretty women to be Flight attendants but more than that they were helpful, cheerful and nice.
Europe has so many of these smaller budget airlines.
I got in easy and found the #1 bus straight to my hotel -The Hotel Palladium.. a nice, looking hotel with small rooms but had a balcony as well. The room service menu was not good. It was a 10 minute walk to the city center.
